Welcome to SPEC Building Services, the low voltage electrical sister company to Specialist Power Engineering Contracts Limited.
SPEC Building Services provide a wide range of electrical services to the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Sectors. This ranges from large electrical installation projects to simple repairs. The Testing and Inspection division undertakes periodic testing to BS 7671, provides advice to clients and undertakes remedial repairs.
We have a reputation for delivering on time and to budget with an excellent Health and Safety record.
SPEC Building Services are members of the NICEIC, ensuring customers a high quality service to recognised industry standards.
